Cooking Instructions.

Heat a pan or skillet over medium heat and add enough cooking oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the rehydrated and dried Mor Milagai to the pan. Fry the chillies, turning them occasionally, until they become crispy and develop a golden-brown color. Be cautious as they can splatter. Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried chillies from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil. Allow the fried Mor Milagai to cool completely.
